Gas Safety Certificates
As gas safe registered engineers we are qualified and authorised to carry out a gas safe inspections and issue the necessary Landlord Gas Safety Record (LGSR) (commonly known as the CP12). The inspection includes a safety check on every gas appliance and flue.
